You'll enjoy energising gentle yoga flow classes and relaxing restorative sunset yoga classes with a view over Cannes whilst enjoying your stay in a luxury suite with it's own private terrace enjoying spectacular views.

Let's not forget about the food - nourish and fuel your body with our carefully selected juices and healthy food.  You'll also have some free time to explore this stunning part of the world.

A typical weekend itenerary

Friday  

Arrival and check in from 3pm

5pm – 6pm Sunset Yoga 

6.15pm – Welcome drink

7.30pm –  3 course delicious Dinner on the Terrace with stunning views over Cannes/Mougins

Saturday

8.15am – 9.15am – gentle morning yoga flow followed by organic detox juices

9.15 – 10. 30 – Delicious healthy and nourishing breakfast on the Terrace

10.30 – 11.30 – Nutritional workshop

5pm – 6pm – Restorative and Relaxing Sunset Yoga 

7.30pm – 3 course Dinner on the Terrace

Sunday 

8.15am – 9.15am – gentle yoga flow followed by organice detox juices

9.20am – Breakfast on the Terrace

There is no meal provided on Sunday evening leaving you free time to explore the local delights – restaurant recommendations available on request.

Daily Yoga Classes

All sessions will run across the weekend and you may wish to join all, most or some of them.

Acccomodation - Luxury Suites

The prestige suites offer breathtaking views from their large windows, opening onto a private terrace with sun loungers. These terraces provide a beautiful setting to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy the mediterranean climate.  

All suites include free Wi-Fi, LCD TVs with satellite TV, individually-controlled AC, electronic safe, kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso), hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers.

A deposit of £250 is all you need to secure your place with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to the Retreat.
