Join us for this relaxing Yoga & Wellness Day Retreat in the stunning Cote D'Azur. Your host for the day will be Tracey Thornton who has a great love for Yoga and the South of France. Tracey teaches between Scotland and France and has hosted a number of Retreats here in Mougins.
Our Luxury Yoga & Wellness Retreats are carefully selected and designed to pamper you in one of the most beautiful corners of the world, Set 10 minutes outside of Cannes on the French Riviera, this is the perfect blend of yoga, pilates, nutrition and relaxation in sheer luxury.
We'll start the day with a gentle morning yoga flow class followed by a delicious healthy brunch and juices provided by the Royal Garden Restaurant. You'll also enjoy a nutritional talk followed by a relaxing restorative sunset yoga class designed to nourish and calm the nervous system.
