The Wellness Boutique was born out of my passion for helping everyday busy women escape the fast paced world that we live in and to find a more balanced life through yoga, pilates, coaching and heaps of wellness tips.

A path to balance, focus and strength

Yoga is a common term for physical, spiritual and mental disciplines which originated in ancient India. Ancient Yogis believed that in order for man to be in harmony with himself he has to integrate the body, mind and spirit. For these three to be integrated, emotion, action and intelligence must be in balance. The Yogis founded a way to achieve and maintain this by exercise, breathing and meditation.

Pilates was designed by Joseph Pilates and designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.

This holistic approach sets Pilates apart from many other forms of exercise. Osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practitioners recommend Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise. Pilates can benefit almost everyone regardless of age or fitness level.
